Why we exist

Most plugins in the AEC plugin economy are weekend projects monetized into subscriptions, or enterprise-tier suites priced for owners that don't yet exist outside the four largest firms in the industry. There's a wide middle: practical, well-engineered tools that solve a specific BIM operations problem, sold once for a fair price, that hold up to an IT review.

That's the lane we're building in.

How we work

• No subscription treadmill.

  Per-firm lifetime licenses. You own what you bought, locked to one Revit year. Upgrades are separate purchases — you choose when to adopt them.
• No telemetry.

  We don't ship analytics SDKs in our add-ins. License validation is offline against an embedded public key. We have no observability into what you do with the tool.
• No surprise breaking changes.

  Each release is locked to one Revit version year. We don't ship 'auto-updates' that silently change behavior on a Tuesday.
• IT-friendly distribution.

  Authenticode-signed MSIs, standard .addin manifests, deployable via Intune / GPO / network share. The BIM lead controls rollout; IT controls the gate.

The practitioner part

The first product, the Revit Cloud Model Initialization Tool, exists because the founder spent too many Friday afternoons stitching together cloud project setups by hand — uploading central models, repairing twenty links, stamping permissions, and writing the audit log into a SharePoint doc nobody read. The tool is the script that should have existed years ago, made into something a BIM lead at any firm can install and run.
